BOOK LAUNCH: An Stàball, a Gaelic board book (Canadian launch)

Join us for the Nova Scotia book launch of AN STÀBALL! This original Gaelic lift-the-flap board book is a transatlantic collaboration. Author Anne Ramsay, from the Isle of Lewis, is a Gaelic development officer with Comann nam Pàrant and former preschool teacher. Illustrator Kate Phillips, from Baddeck, Cape Breton Island, is an award-winning illustrator and graphic novelist with a BFA from Mount Allison University.

Join Kate and publisher Bradan Press at the Gaelic College for a book launch, signing, and read-aloud! The launch will take place in MacKenzie Hall. Tea and oatcakes will be be provided. This event is free and open to the public.
