Neben verschiedenen Schwimmübungen für die Kinder konnte sich jedermann und jede Frau an professionellen Tauchgeräten ausprobieren. Am Infostand haben die Besucher ihre Erste-Hilfe- und Rettungskenntnisse getestet, Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung geübt und es gab jede Menge Gelegenheiten für informative Gespräche.

Mit dabei war die DLRG OG Dissen-Bad Rothenfelde mit vielen Mitmachaktionen sowie Schnuppertauchen. Unterstützt wurde die Aktion vom Förderverein Sole-Freibad Bad Rothenfelde e.V.
