Be a life-saver! Your single blood donation can help save lives. 💉❤️
Reminders for Donors:
✅ Open to healthy individuals aged 18–60
✅ Bring a valid ID
✅ Eat a healthy meal and stay well-hydrated
❌ Avoid fatty food 24 hours before donating
❌ No under-sleeping – get at least 6–8 hours of sleep before the activity
