Ecstatic Dance with Stephanos

Experience an evening of Ecstatic Dance with Stephanos where movement becomes a form of prayer and the music becomes a doorway inward. There are no steps to follow, only a gentle invitation to let the rhythm guide you into release, clarity, and a deeper connection with your own spirit. Stephanos will open the space with grounding and intention, then lead you into a wave of sound that rises, expands, and softens, creating room for whatever needs to move through you. We dance barefoot, without talking or phones, so the studio becomes a sanctuary for freedom, healing, and awakening.
