Turn the lights down and let your practice light up. GLOGA is our glow in the dark yoga class where movement feels playful, the music is turned up, and the room comes alive with glowing rings and neon energy. Enjoy a feel good flow that is easy to follow with options to add a little extra if you want. We also provide glow flow stickers for your yoga mat to help guide your practice in a fun and visual way. Expect big smiles, laughter, and that rare feeling of being fully present. Wear white or neon if you have it. Come as you are, bring a friend, and leave feeling lighter and energized.
