At this event, children will learn the art of meditation and explore the teachings of Dhamma in a playful and engaging manner. Through interactive activities, storytelling, and guided meditation sessions, kids will discover valuable life skills such as mindfulness, compassion, and gratitude.

Our experienced instructors will create a nurturing environment where children can relax, have fun, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Whether your child is new to meditation or has some experience, this event is open to all curious young minds.
