Course Description:
This comprehensive CPR course is designed to teach participants the essential lifesaving skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations involving adults, children, and infants. Through a combination of instructor-led training and hands-on practice, students will learn how to recognize cardiac and breathing emergencies, perform high-quality CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) effectively.
Topics include:
Assessing the scene and recognizing cardiac arrest
Performing CPR for adults, children, and infants
Providing rescue breaths and chest compressions with correct technique
Using an AED safely and effectively
Relieving choking in responsive and unresponsive individuals
Who Should Attend:
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond in a cardiac or breathing emergency — including parents, caregivers, teachers, coaches, childcare providers, and workplace responders. No prior medical experience is required.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 2-year certification in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED (meeting OSHA, workplace, and community requirements).
