Gartcairn FC, based in Airdrie, despite their drop last season are still one of the rising forces in the West of Scotland Football League. Founded in 2007 as a youth academy and stepping into the adult ranks in 2015, they’ve made rapid progress through the divisions most recently securing promotion to the Premier Division during the 2022–23 campaign.

Managed by Ryan McStay and Darren Barr, Gartcairn are known for their well-drilled, competitive style and a squad that blends seasoned professionals with promising youth talent. With momentum on their side and a reputation for ambition, they arrive at NVP looking to make a statement in their bounce back to top-flight return.
