Hatha yoga with Emily! ✨️

We will be kicking off our yoga classes with A Sunday morning Hatha Flow with Emily! ✨️

Hatha yoga has so many healing benefits! it reduces stress levels, improves strength/flexibility, allows more restful sleep, boosts energy, releases tension in the body and can bring mental clarity.

This all levels class includes postures to warm up the body, breathing techniques, and a short meditation.

The cost of this class will be 20$ to be paid upon arrival. 🩵
