Coming Home to Yourself, a comprehensive 2-hour yoga wellness retreat designed to assist you in resetting, reconnecting, and realigning your intentions for the forthcoming year. This retreat includes 1 hour of yoga to ground and open the body, 30 minutes of guided journaling for self-reflection, and 30 minutes of guided meditation to settle into clarity and calm. Date: Saturday, January 17th, 2026. Location: Aylmer Trinity Anglican Church (Basement). Time: 1–3pm. Investment: $30.
