Dominique is a breathwork coach and reiki practitioner. As a Mum of 3 with an autoimmune condition, she understands what it feels like to be juggling all the balls, while running on empty and feeling completely disconnected from yourself. When all you need is space to breathe. And that is what she supports women with, finding pockets of time to breathe, regulate your nervous system, and feel safe in your own body again, so you are able to deal with life’s challenges from a calmer, more grounded place.
