Bloom Day Care Community

Join us here at Avondale for our weekly day centre run by the team at Bloom.

Bloom’s services are uniquely tailored to those seeking companionship or living with dementia at home. With qualified care staff, this day centre is open to all, and anybody interested in joining will receive a tailored care plan to ensure their comfort and security.

Attendees can look forward to a day full of engaging and enriching activities as well as a two course lunch, regular refreshments and great company.

All placements are subject to availability and pre-assessment; fees vary depending on individual levels of care and support needs.
