Hello all! Running a workshop for women!
How aromatherapy can help you through “ Perimenopause and menopause”
It’s on July 12th 6pm-8pm.
At Berryfields

What’s in the workshop!
1. You’ll learn about those essential oils, which can help you through this phase.
2. Make your own body/facial cream
3. Small spray bottle with hydrolats to use during hot flushes!
Chit chat, home grown herbal teas and some Homemade snacks!
