Are you an unpaid carer for a family member or friend?

Do you want to meet other cares to talks to in confidence knowing that they are experiencing similar struggles and challenges to you and can offer support and advise in a relaxed and safe environment?

We'd love to have you come along - we meet on the 2nd Monday of every month (at the moment - we hop to increase these get togethers as we grow) at Twyford House on Coburg Road and can possibly help with transport and someone to sit with your cared for person too should you need it.
