๐ฟ Easing Anxiety: A Nature-Based Workshop ๐ฟ
Join us for a gentle and grounding 2-hour workshop held in the heart of nature, where we will explore the theme of anxiety โ how it lives in the body, why it might show up, and how we can begin to meet it with compassion and understanding.
Anxiety is often not something โwrong,โ but a signal โ a part of us trying to keep us safe in a world that can feel uncertain, fast, or overwhelming. Together, weโll explore the roots of anxiety, looking at it through the lens of the nervous system, lived experience, and our natural need for connection and safety.
Through shared reflection, time in nature, somatic practices, and mindful connection, this session offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a steadier inner rhythm.
Together we will:

โจ Understand the role of anxiety as a protective response
โจ Walk mindfully through the landscape to support regulation
โจ Learn simple, practical tools for calming the nervous system
โจ Sit in circle to share, reflect, and be witnessed
โจ Create space to reconnect with trust, stillness, and self
Whether anxiety is something you live with daily or something that visits you during challenging times, this workshop invites you into a space of safety, understanding, and ease โ held by nature, and by us.
No prior experience is needed โ just come as you are.
