join us, Sabine and me on a Chakra Yoga odyssey using Kundalini energy techniques some older than the hills to balance and revitalise body mind and soul at Heron Farm Wellness Hub in East Devon Thursdays 10.30-11:45 each week. Sessions are suitable for most able bodied even the unbendy ones and the curious beginner! We are all spirits experiencing a human existence here and now! The 7 main Chakras are powerful energy centres situated within our Light Body, the tiny power houses within our physical body, the glands align with these super sensitive zones. The glands they play a vital role connecting our brain to our organs muscles and limbs through the nervous system. Our chakra system when balanced helps us to thrive while on this crazy life ride!

Booking is required. The studio was originally intended to be the sub-ground level wine cellar for the vineyard now it’s a perfect space for soft yoga retreats free from distraction and external impulse generators- just how we love to roll on our kundalini yoga mats :)
