Axminster's Enhanced At Home, End of Life Service.
What do you know about end of life care in Axminster? What options are available to you or your loved ones when you have been given a terminal diagnosis? Come and find out about Axminster Hospice at Home – a service, funded by the League of Friends, for Axminster and the surrounding area providing end of life care to our residents in their own homes.
Richard Anderson, Health and Social Care Community Services Manager, Royal Devon University Hospital will be speaking at our Annual Open Meeting at 6.30pm in the Bradshaw Rooms, Heritage Centre, Axminster.
