At The Elephant Trail Restaurant, we offer an exciting, interactive, hands-on cooking class for all skill levels. Learn to prepare authentic Thai dishes using the freshest ingredients while mastering the art of balancing Thai cuisine’s five essential flavors: sweet, spicy, sour, salty, and savory.

This class is perfect for both seasoned cooks and beginners eager to explore the vibrant flavors of Thailand. Recipe cards will be provided so participants can recreate the magic at home!
