Moving At Murphy

Want to improve your balance and strength while staying cool? Ever thought about getting a workout in the pool?
This low-impact workout at Murphy Aquatic Park is for you! The class includes a mix of water walking, low-impact strength training, aquatic yoga, and more.


All exercises are able to be modified to fit your fitness level.
This class is 18+
Please note that this program will take place without lifeguards on duty.
