Hello VBS families! It is now three sleeps away until Scuba Vacation Bible School starts!! Some reminders and info to help you be prepared:
Reminder: VBS is Mon-Thu, July 21-24, from 6-8:15pm. The meal will be served starting at 5:15pm for the families who are attending that.
Enter the front doors on the right side of the building. You will find the check-in tables there. You may check-in at the main table and receive your kid's sticker. Their sticker will have their name and crew number on it.
If you are participating in the family meal starting at 5:15pm, you may walk all the way down the hall to your left. After eating, you may accompany your kids to the playground - to access it, exit the long hallway behind the dining area. Please stay with them at the playground; do not leave them unattended.
If you are not participating in the family meal, plan on arriving between 5:45-5:55pm.
Starting at 5:50pm, you may take your children into the sanctuary to their crews. Just find the row of chairs with their crew number on it and speak with the crew leader there to initial your name on the drop off form. VBS opening begins at 6pm.
Please plan on returning for pickup before 8:15pm. Feel free to watch the closing from the back of the sanctuary or in the foyer area if it has not ended. Once it is announced, you may go back to your child's crew leader and MUST initial that you have picked up your child.
As I'm seeing the volunteers work so hard in each area, I am so excited for all the fun and hope that VBS this year will bring. Please pray over the event for safety and spiritual growth, and that fun is had along the way!!
