Start your Fridays with peace, movement, and beautiful lake views. Join us for Sunrise Yoga beginning Friday, June 7th at Veterans' Memorial Park, 32756 Lake Road.
🧘♀️ Class Details
• Time: Fridays at 7:00 AM
• Duration: Approximately 1 hour
• Cost: FREE – Donations for our wonderful volunteer instructors are appreciated!
• Registration: No need to register in advance – just show up and sign in with the instructor.
📍 Location & Parking
• Class takes place at Veterans' Memorial Park.
• Parking available in front of the Lakehouse and the Folger Home.
• Overflow parking at the Old Firehouse Community Center across Lake Road.
🚫 No Class Dates
• July 4th and August 29th – Enjoy the holiday weekends!
🌦️ Weather & Cancellations
• Class will be canceled in the event of rain or poor weather.
• Cancellations will not be rescheduled.
