Join us for free, donation-based Kids Yoga in the Park with Amy Luczak—an experienced Kids Yoga Teacher and longtime educator passionate about helping kids grow through movement, mindfulness, and play!
These outdoor yoga classes are recommended for children ages 5–12 and are designed to be fun, playful, and developmentally appropriate. Each class blends yoga poses, breath work, mindful games, and relaxation in a welcoming environment.
What to Bring:
✔ Yoga mat or towel
✔ Water bottle
✔ Comfortable clothes for movement
✔ A playful spirit and positive energy!
Cost: Free to attend – donations are appreciated but not required.
No registration needed – just drop in and enjoy!
