I’m so excited to be sharing this beautiful experience with you once again! Thank you all for your feedback, I took it all on board to make this as enjoyable for you as possible.

Join me for a deeply relaxing and immersive sound bath experience. Using a blend of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds, we will soak in the soothing vibrations and sounds, giving you an opportunity to let go of stress, rebalance your energy, and simply be.

No experience is needed - just come as you are. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us before, you’re warmly welcome. This session is open to anyone aged 16 and over.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion - anything that helps you get comfortable as you lie down and allow the sound to wash over you. I can’t wait to share this journey with you again.
