Introduction to Open Water Swimming Course - ONLY ONE SPACE LEFT!

Would you like to get into open water swimming? If the answer is YES then this course is for you! Our Introduction to Open Water Swimming course is a great way to start your outdoor swimming journey.

Location: Loch Insh (meet in the car park by the watersports centre)
Duration: The course will run for approx 2.5 hours, starting at 09:00.

The Introduction to Open Water Swimming course includes both dry land and in-water sessions.

- Welcome & safety briefing
- Breathing basics
- Water entry & acclimatization
- Staying safe in the water
- Sighting & basic open water skills
- Debrief session

All you need to bring is your normal swim kit and a towel. We can provide all open water equipment (neoprene gloves/socks, tow-floats, warm robes etc) however you are welcome to bring any of your own kit, if you have it.

Wetsuit hire can also be organised with prior notice.
