Basque Cuisine

Join us for a relaxed and flavour-packed Basque Supper Club, inspired by the food culture of northern Spain — where simple, exceptional ingredients take centre stage. It’s all about letting quality produce speak for itself, sharing food, and enjoying good company.

The evening will begin with a short, informal demonstration of pintxos — traditional Basque-style tapas — before guests sit down to enjoy a curated multi-course supper celebrating bold flavours, seasonal produce, and a convivial, sharing-style menu.

We’re delighted to be partnering with our wine suppliers Corney & Barrow, who will be offering an optional wine tasting alongside the menu. Carefully selected wines will be paired to complement the dishes, with insights shared throughout the evening for those who choose to take part.
