Albany Aikido Satellite Dojo at SHAC - Mondays

Aikido is a non-competitive martial art from Japan that focuses on using an opponent’s energy and flowing, graceful movements to redirect them into a throw or a pin. In this way, it is an art that utilizes movement and energy to defuse a hostile situation. Aikido is suitable for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.

Attendees' first few classes will be FREE demos with the option to purchase further classes after.

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and bring a water bottle with you as well.
