Yoga at Aventura Mall

Join us every Friday at 9:00 a.m. at Aventura Mall on the Lower Level near Bloomingdale's for a complimentary 45-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow class. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session, led by mindfulness expert Janine Forte, will help you activate your heart, move energy through your body, and find balance. Bring your own mat.

Janine Forte, with 20 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and reiki, brings her expertise to create an energizing end-of-week reset. She’s contributed to top wellness publications like the Today Show, People Magazine, and Yoga Journal and is the author of A Beginner’s Guide to Living Mindfully.
