OFFICIAL RULES:
1. Only 300 tickets will be sold.
2. Prize money based on all 300 tickets being sold.
3. Donation for tickets is $100.00 each.
4. Checks should be made out to
“FRIENDS OF THE AVALON VOL. FIRE DEPT.”
5. Raffle will be held publicly at the Princeton Bar & Grill on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Food and Beverages will be available through the Princeton. Times for the Raffle are scheduled between 6 p.m. ‐9 p.m.
6. Raffle Numbers 001 through 299 may be requested but cannot be
guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate everyone, but numbers are first come first served.
7. Applications should be filled out entirely, including a phone number! It is customary that the final balls remaining have an opportunity to split the final two prizes, but ALL parties MUST agree at the time of the drawing.
8. Any transfer of ownership of the raffle number is between the parties, we cannot accept responsibility if one party backs out of the deal. In case of a discrepancy, the name on the ticket stub is considered the owner.
9. Players must be 18 years of age or older.
10. All winners must provide completed IRS form W9 and are liable for appropriate taxes.
11. Winners need NOT be present to win.
