THE WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST

We invite you to the solo art exhibition, THE WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST featuring the work of artist and psychotherapist Nicole Josephine, to be held at Bolm Arts Gallery. The opening night promises an evening of strange art, provocative poetry, live performances, and rich conversation.

Nicole Josephine, marketing co-chair and member of the local non-profit Bolm Arts Collective in East Austin, presents a collection of abstract paintings and sculptures that embody the dark feminine archetype. Her work reflects themes of empowerment and resilience, encouraging veiwers to reexamine the narratives surrounding those who challenge societal norms.

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase her latest poetry book, "Spill Tab." This collection draws from her lived experiences as both a mental health professional and bartender on 6th Street, where she collected the hearts of men like the very tomatos she ground up for the Bloody Marys they ordered.
