What makes Derek’s breathwork sessions unique is that they have a masculine and motivational edge that most sessions do not. He is triple-certified through Somatic Breathwork, so he has a deep knowledge of how the breath and body work.
This is a collective adventure to release the bullshit that is holding you, and the community as a whole, back from the brilliant beaming lights that we all are.
