Sponsorship and Underwriting Opportunities

We are excited to be hosting the first Spanish Catholic Men’s Conference and providing you the opportunity to sponsor this very important event. Some of you who chose to be a vendor at our event may establish and build lasting connections with men from around the Diocese of Austin in the Central Texas area. This year, our theme, “Heroic Virtues: Prudence and Fortitude”, calls men to a deeper understanding and practice of two foundational virtues essential to Christian manhood, leadership, and fatherhood. This one-day event welcomes Spanish-speaking men, ages 18 to 75 and older, from across the Diocese of Austin. Our attendees represent a dynamic and growing demographic. On average, they have a household income of $49,500. Latino men have the highest labor force participation rate at 77%, and 80% are married with an average of two children. Hispanic families are the fastest-growing population in the diocese, currently representing 40% of all diocesan families.

We are bringing this conference as a call to action from many requests that have come throughout the years. We are seeking additional high-value partners to invest in the lives of Central Texas Hispanic men of faith. We extend an invitation for you to partner with us as a sponsor to help us with the event, specifically to lower the ticket cost. By doing so, your company not only benefits financially with Point of Service sales, test products, and brand awareness, but will also have a direct impact on the extended family and lives of other local citizens. This is a great opportunity for your company or organization to have direct access to your ideal consumer, and to gain online and offline visibility in front of a captive audience that could benefit and value from your participation.

The process to “Partner with Us” is streamlined and simple. The enclosed sponsorship package can assist you in deciding the right investment level for you and details just a sample of the opportunities for your company’s exposure before, during, and after the event. Of course, we’re always open to customized sponsorship opportunities and in-kind donations that are not listed. The conference will be on Saturday September 26, 2025 at San Jose Catholic Church in Austin, TX from 8am-4pm.

Promotion begins upon form receipt (see following pages). Camera-ready ads for the event program artwork for event signage are due no later than August 1, 2025.
