Ecstatic dance is a freeform, intentional movement practice where participants dance without judgment, choreography, or talking. It's a space to connect with your body, emotions, and inner rhythm through music in a supportive, substance-free environment. The focus is on expression, release, and presence rather than performance.
We will be dancing inside Studio #2 in the main building at Balance Dance Studio.
$20-30 sliding scale (Venmo or Cash at the door)
$20: For those with limited access to financial resources or who are navigating financial insecurity.
$25: A sustainable middle rate for those with some financial flexibility.
$30: For those with stable income and access to financial comfort who wish to support broader accessibility.
6:45pm: Doors Open
7:00pm: Warm-up Wave with DJ Emcee Eats (Vincent)
8:00pm Opening Circle
8:15pm: Main Wave with DJ CocoNova (Corinne)
9:20pm: Closing Circle
9:30pm: Event Ends
What to wear: Loose, comfortable clothing- think yoga or workout attire that lets you move freely.
What to bring: Your water bottle
