45 minutes, 10 rounds & 100% a VIBE - Our HIIT style classes all incorporate boxing and strength training. No matter your level of fitness or boxing experience - our coaches will guide you through the workout and demonstrate along the way. Get ready to learn something new, challenge yourself and feel unstoppable!

Wear something comfortable and don't forget a water bottle! Please arrive 15 minutes before class start time for Pre-Class. During Pre-Class we give you a tour, set you up with gear, introduce you to your coach and review the punches you'll be throwing.

Hand wraps AND gloves are required for class. We encourage you to bring your own gear if you have! If not, we got you covered-

• Gloves = Rent for $5
• Hand wraps = Rent for $5/ Purchase for $27
• Rent both for $10

Medical tape or lifting gloves do not qualify as hand wraps; they must be traditional cloth wraps or quick wraps.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your class start time, you are considered late and will be required to reschedule. Example: Class is at 12p, 12:06p is considered late.
