Underground hip-hop legend R.A. the Rugged Man brings more than three decades of razor-sharp lyricism to Austin on Thursday, July 17 as the Rough, Rugged & Raw Tour storms Kick Butt Coffee, 5775 Airport Blvd. Suite 725—the independent “coffee-shop-turned-music-hub” proudly locally owned since 2008.
Doors swing open at 8 PM, setting the stage for a night of raw East-Coast energy in one of the city’s most beloved intimate venues.
Known for multisyllabic rhyme schemes and albums such as Legends Never Die, Long Island native R.A. has cemented his place among hip-hop’s elite since signing his first major deal at 18.
On this run he’s joined by Richard Donavann, Pennywise SynDaGod, Ben Buck, and Feral The Earthworm.
