Parade of India 2025

The 11th Annual Parade of India will take place on Saturday, August 9th from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM on the South Steps of the Texas State Capitol in Austin. Held in honor of India’s Independence Day, this annual tradition brings together the American-Indian community and the broader public for a vibrant celebration of India’s legacy of freedom and cultural richness.

This year’s event will feature energetic Bollywood dance performances, traditional Dhol drumming, and a spirited cultural parade set against the iconic backdrop of the Texas Capitol.

Free and open to the public, the event welcomes attendees from all backgrounds to join in celebrating unity, heritage, and community spirit.
