Integration Circle: From Insight to Embodiment

Have you ever felt insights arise during a medicine journey -- profound, beautiful, or even challenging -- and wondered how to carry them over into everyday life?

Do you notice certain protective parts of you, like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or the caretaker, closing off or resisting what you discovered in those expanded moments?

Or perhaps you’re simply curious about learning tools to help you regulate, integrate, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

Integration is where the real work of transformation happens. This experiential workshop is designed to help you bridge expanded awareness into embodied change, using a blend of Bio-Energetics, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques to explore how different parts of us relate to healing, growth, and wholeness.

Led by Gestalt/IFS Coach, Joseph Mach, this evening invites both participants in Kuya’s Ketamine Program as well as anyone interested in self-work, embodiment, and community connection. Through movement, breath, and parts-based inquiry, you’ll learn how to honor what emerges during altered-state experiences, and bring it home to your daily life.

What To Expect

Grounding & Energization Practices
Simple somatic techniques to help you regulate your nervous system, anchor presence, and bring awareness into the body.

• Playful Group Connection
  Experiential exercises in movement, breath, eye-gazing, and sound — designed to deepen relational awareness and open the heart.
• Parts Work in Practice
  An accessible introduction to IFS principles with live examples and opportunities to explore your own inner landscape in real time.
• Integration Tools
  Learn how unprocessed experiences and protective patterns can keep us closed off — and how Self-led awareness can bring greater expression, peace, and vitality.
• A Safe, Supportive Container
  Experience community connection and shared regulation in a grounded, heart-opening environment.

This monthly event is FREE for Kuya Members. $25 for Non-Members.

About the Facilitator

Joseph Nicholas Mach is an accomplished musician, artist, and Gestalt/IFS coach, and the founder of Ten Ox Coaching. He studied for five years with Steve Flynn, MA/CMT, immersing in Gestalt therapy, bio-energetics, Reichian therapy, and Qi Gong, and integrates these embodied modalities with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create transformative group and individual experiences. Joe’s work bridges science, spirituality, and somatics-helping participants reconnect with their bodies, understand their parts, and bring the insights of expanded states into everyday life.
