Welcome to the 2nd event of something special: The Fire Community.
I have a special invitation for you…we are wanting to build a community of D.O.P.E. People.
D - Down To Earth
O - Open Minded
P - Present
E - Essential
The invitation is that if you have people in or around your life, no matter if you’re close to them or not, we want you to invite TWO people to meet you at this event. This could be a best friend of yours, or someone you have had an interest in getting to know better.
Maybe this is a stretch for you - GOOD! 😌
This is an opportunity to step into the boldest version of yourself, and be proactive in creating more connections in your life - the type of connections you actually want to have.
So I challenge you!! Come, and if you can, bring two more dope ass people like yourself!! This is the type of community we are aiming to create.

EVENT DETAILS:
This upcoming Monday will be under our rotating theme of CONNECTION.
This time, we are throwing a community potluck! The idea is that we will all bring something to offer as a food, drink, or snack, and share with everyone. If you don’t know what to bring…just think about your favorite dish and bring it to put us on game!!
Other examples are, but not limited to:
Fruit
Veggies
Chips & salsa or queso
Sparkling water or other healthy drinks
Meat & cheese trays
Mac n cheese
Literally bring whatever lmao it doesn’t matter. At the end, whatever leftovers we have, we can split among us and take home!
We will gather on the rooftop of The Arnold. It’s an incredibly beautiful space. On this rooftop, we will put our food down for a few minutes and form small groups and discuss conversational prompts ranging from fun to deep. Since this is connection night, and also because people loved it so much last time, we will always do this upon arrival!
After that first portion, we will all together find our way to the luxurious lounge area where we will all dive into the wonderful snacks and dishes everyone brought 🤩

*IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO GET TO THE ROOFTOP*
1.) The address within this event (1621 E 6th Street) will lead you directly to the free parking garage.
2.) Pull into it.
3.) There will be one single gate that you must drive through.
You have two options:
A.) to wait for a car to pull up to it, and open it with their keypad…you simply follow them through it (it has a sensor so it won’t close on you-just go through it quickly. I promise it’s easy)
or B.) You can text Frankie Mejias at 407-376-9664 and he can directly open it at any time for you from his phone.
*If the SUPER RARE EVENT HAPPENS where you can’t follow a car in within 15 minutes then text Frankie immediately. This is a highly unlikely problem, because cars enter constantly.
4.) Drive ALL THE WAY TO THE VERY TOP. There is TONS of parking, and you are 100% safe to park on the top of this parking garage. From here, you will either see us first or we will see you first and greet you 😌

The Fire Community is a transformational personal development movement powered by a team of 10+ facilitators hosting themed events (almost) every night of the week designed to cure loneliness, spark self-expression, and build REAL - key word, REAL - human connection.
What would it be like to know there was a place you could go almost every night of the week, that felt like a home away from home? A place where open, awesome, accepting, and growth-minded people all came together because they’re looking for the exact same thing as YOU.
Well, that is The Fire Community…AND *hint hint* these community events are only phase ONE of the vibrant and expansive ecosystem our team is working vigilantly behind the scenes to create.

The Future You Need To Know About:
Almost every night we will host something different under the chosen theme.
Monday’s = Connection
Tuesday’s = Expression
Wednesday’s = Growth
Thursday’s = *coming soon*
Friday’s = Adventure
Saturday’s = Self-Discovery
Sunday’s = Transformation
Each week the day’s theme will remain the same, but the actual substance of the event will change.
For example: Monday may be conversational circles one week, and then the next may be a community potluck. As long as it feels like “connection,” it is happening on Mondays.
This pattern repeats itself across all themed days. The theme remains the same each week. The event changes each week.
We are rolling our events out 1 month at a time.
So Monday is our first event. It will happen weekly. And each month we will roll out a new day of the week that we have an event on. So in October, we will launch our Tuesday expression night and have it every week. Mondays will continue as well.
Keep an eye out for our events! It’s our mission to keep these completely accessible. Our first event is totally free, but moving forward all of our events our donation-based on a scale of $1-$100. And no matter what you donate you will be treated the same way as anyone else(I mean, if you donate $100 you might get an extra long hug and some serious gratitude haha 😆).
What I’m saying is, money is not the motivation here. Whatever you donate goes directly to help facilitators cover costs. We are all in this as service-minded individuals working as a team to create a positive impact on our local community here in Austin.
