Adventure Race participants will travel to different businesses around town to complete various challenges. The challenges have been thought of by either the business itself or a board volunteer. As a result, each challenge has different levels of difficulty. You will not be required to purchase anything at any of the locations.
Rules: Please Read Carefully!
- Unless it is specifically noted in the challenge directions that technology is required, your team is expected to complete each challenge without the use of technology.
- If a team is already performing a challenge, other teams must wait outside of the business. (No watching another team complete the challenge for clues!)
- The challenges can be done in any order. Participants must obtain a stamp from each business as a sign of completion.
- Each team must have a minimum of 2 people and no more than 5 people.
- Children can participate in the event; they will count towards the team total.
- There are no specific prizes for finishing first, although there will be social media praise!
- The Friends of the Library may use photos taken during the event as promotion of the businesses and our organization. Your participation in the event is your permission for the Friends of the Library to use such photos.
