Absolute Beginning Tap Dance Workshop for Adults

This tap workshop is designed for adults to learn tap dance from the very beginning. The focus is on learning single tap steps then incorporating the steps into a series of combinations. It’s so much fun and easy to pick up. Fulfill a dream. Learn something new! Make music with your feet!

Tap dance is for any age but is a perfect dance style to learn as an adult. It is a great workout strengthening the legs and feet while increasing mobility in the hips knees and ankles. It improves balance and coordination. It is also extremely beneficial to cognitive functioning. (good for the brain!)
