Yoga Nidra & Live Music with Marco

Yoga nidra literally means yogic sleep, making this class deeply relaxing and nourishing! In this session, explore the nuances of the seven chakras with the power of guided meditation, breathwork, and activation of the chakras through the vibration and sound of singing bowls and ukulele. Use props to get comfortable and enjoy an hour of breathing & resting in savasana. Various calming instruments are played in class as you drift off into yogic sleep. This class is suitable for all yogis, from absolute beginners to well-seasoned practitioners.
