• Amuse Buche: Cucumber & Herb Crostini
• Starter: Roasted Carrot & Ginger Soup
• Salad: Mixed Greens with Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, and Candied Pecans in a Lemon Vinaigrette
• Main course: Herb-crusted Chicken with Asparagus and Lemon Risotto finished with luscious Lemon Beurre Blanc
• Dessert: Lemon Lavender No-bake Cheesecake with Strawberries
