For this exclusive GABF event we wanted to give you the opportunity to see the creative process of crafting a barrel-aged beer. We’re hosting a live blending session at our Aurora Arts taproom on Wednesday, October 8th from 6-8pm and giving you a behind-the-scenes look.
Join Cerebral Brewing’s Co-Founder, Sean, and Head Brewer, Sam, along with Firestone Walker’s Lead Brewer, Max Lachowyn, as they dive into the intricacies of blending barrel-aged beers. Taste along with them, ask questions, and learn about each brewery’s approach to blends.
Your ticket includes:
- 1 Welcome beer
- Guided tasting/blending experience
- 2oz pours of each blend component as well as the final blend itself (4 total)
- 4oz of a finished Cerebral barrel aged beer from our cellar
- 4oz of a finished Firestone Walker barrel aged beer
