Bring or upload your pet’s vaccine records at www.petcareco.org/vaccine-clinic. Without records, pets can only receive one-year boosters.
Make sure your phone number is correct—we’ll text you when it’s your turn.
This clinic is first-come, first-served, so expect a wait.
