In this hands-on art making workshop you will be gently guided through a series of creative invitations and explorations to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and limiting beliefs about your ability to create.

About Sarah Epp:
Sarah Helen Epp has earned an MA in Creative Arts Therapies specializing in Art Therapy from Concordia University and an MSW in Social Work from York University. She is a professional member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association and is further regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists and the College of Social Workers and Social Service workers. Sarah has been providing mental health services since 2018 and currently works between SHE Psychotherpy's in Newmarket, ON and Barrie, ON locations.
