Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath experience, only at Flō. Settle into stillness on our comfy Tatami mats while you're immersed in the calming resonance of crystal sound bowls, chimes, tuning forks, tongue drum, and crystal harp.

This hour of intentional sound healing will help you release stress, recalibrate your nervous system, and realign with your center.
