Self Love Mini Retreat

💞Join Jamie on Sunday February 15th from 1-4 p.m. for a Self-Love Mini Retreat! In this workshop, we will aim to co-create a nurturing space to focus on Ahisma (non-violence, especially to oneself) & Anahata (heart chakra). There will be opportunity for journaling and self-refection through prompts, a guided 5-point check in meditation, and somatic exercises. We'll move through a trauma-informed gentle yoga asana practice, then close with a healing sound bath & herbal tea.
