Intermediate Wheel Throwing: Lidded Forms

Class Experience
Refine your wheel throwing skills with this intermediate-level class focused on creating well-fitting lids for a variety of functional forms. Students will learn techniques for throwing, trimming, and fitting lids for jars, canisters, and other vessels. Instruction will include exploring different lid styles—such as gallery, inset, and flange lids—while emphasizing form, proportion, and function.

This class is ideal for students who are confident centering clay and throwing basic forms. All materials, tools, and firing are included.

Students are given two free hours of open studio weekly during the course ($40 value) Clay is sold separately during open studio time.
