Heart Wall Class

When we experience emotional pain or distress, the heart can feel injured or broken.... what we often call heartache or heartbreak.

To protect ourselves, the body may create a “heart wall” built from the energy of trapped emotions.

In this class, you’ll learn what a heart wall is, discover whether you have one, explore what it’s made of, and be guided through the process of clearing it. This is a gentle, informative introduction to emotional energy work and heart-centered healing.
