Heart
The Heart of Recovery | To embrace a heart-centered
recovery to empower our choices made from self-love and wholeness.
Mind
The Mind of Recovery | To expand beyond recovery with tools to change our thinking and feelings in order to change our lives.
Spirit
The Spirit of Recovery | To transform our recovery journey through creating deeper spiritual awareness and connection.
We meet each week to discuss a positive and affirming aspect of our recovery. No specific addiction is required to participate.
We follow the Heart, Mind, Spirit Recovery format that was created by Rev. Carol Wilke.
