South Carolina Office of Resilience Mobile Intake Event

For those SC residents seeking Hurricane Helene assistance for unmet needs, please come to the study session on Monday evening at 6 pm at the municipal center.

The SC Office of Resilience is pleased to announce multiple upcoming Mobile Intake events to assist South Carolina residents with disaster-caused unmet needs related to Hurricane Helene. Disaster Case Management is a process involving a partnership between a Disaster Case Manager and a survivor to create and carry out an Individualized Recovery Plan. Through Disaster Case Management, a multitude of unmet needs may be addressed—whether these are financial, physical, or emotional.
A Mobile Intake is a drop-in event with no appointments required. Disaster Case Managers will be available to meet one on one with residents to identify needs, connect residents with recovery resources as appropriate, or begin the intake process for SCOR’s housing recovery programs (more information at scor.sc.gov/Helene).
The following intake events are currently scheduled; please note each mobile intake is not limited to just residents of the county hosting each event:
